Whether you're popping into the taproom or out and about around London, here is an update on what we've got going on in February.
Thursday 1st - Brand New Peel

To kick off February, we've got an exciting change to the core range! We're introducing the new Belgian Wit beer (4.9%) to our award-winning core range which will be available in the taproom from 1st Feb. The new 'Peel - Belgian Wit' will sit alongside Nico Köln Lager, Ivo Pale Ale, and Dead Wax London Porter.
This light and effervescent Belgian Wit offers soft citrus flavours from the dried orange peel and Motueka hops. There is a moreish malt sweetness alongside captivating aromas of clove and banana from the Belgian yeast and coriander.
The new beer will keep the name Peel, named after the famous live studio recordings ‘The Peel Sessions’ that gave hundreds of up-and-coming musicians valuable airtime on the radio.

Thursday 1st - Live Music
Orbit Beers Taproom
Starting in 2024, we're hosting live music at the taproom on 1st Thursday of every month. Kicking us off is the incredibly talented saxophonist, singer, and composer Kaidi from 7.30 pm
Friday 2nd - Minty on the Decks
Minty will be back, playing some selected vinyl for us in the taproom on Friday 2nd February.
Wednesday 7th - Peel Belgian Wit Launch
The Robin Cider and Ale Free House
Re-opened in October 2023 By the previous landlord of The Southampton Arms, the Robin has continued to be a big hit in Crouch Hill, and London in general for its great atmosphere, keg and cask selection, as well as top pub food (it's worth going for the chips and curry sauce alone). So we felt it was a very fitting spot to launch our new Belgian Wit north of the river.

Thursday 8th - Beat the Brewer

Regulars at the taproom will have seen the N64 and Game Cube set up at the back of the taproom. As such, our brewers get a lot of practice! So much so, we're hosting a 'Beat the Brewer' night on 8th Feb. Free half to those that beat one of the Orbit team at a game of their choosing.

We've partnered with LCC to host a student request line every other Wednesday at Orbit Taproom. We'll have a Spotify playlist you can add your favourite songs to and a Nico + a Naco (Naan Taco) for only £8.
We're also doing 15% off for students on Wednesdays, just present your student card to the bar staff (available on beers, wine, soft drinks and house spirits).
Thursday 15th - Spoken Word/Poetry Night

Get down to the taproom on Thursday 15th Feb for the first Poetry Open Mic Night of 2024. Share lyrics, poetry, and thoughts, with or without music in an inclusive, relaxed, and supportive space.
