Named for the founder of one of our favourite Independent record labels – 4AD. A man who’s name also inspired the opening track (Ivo) from 4AD band Cocteau Twins’ third album - Treasure. Ivo Watts-Russell.
Ivo is a double dry-hopped, juicy, pale ale with the addition of modern American hops. Tropical fruit notes of guava, pineapple and mango from the Mosaic and Simcoe hops and added oats for a smooth backbone.
Lovely golden colour with tropical guava, peach, pine and light citrus on the nose & the palate. Intensely hoppy, with oats for a smooth mouthfeel, & a dry bitter finish.
Ivo showcases a unique blend of hops with a refreshingly moreish, bitter finish.
