The Helles Lager was brewed together with Leng Records and Filly Brook Bar in Leytonstone. This classic German beer is a subtly sweet, balanced, and easy-drinking lager. A pale, golden straw colour, showing bright clarity with a fluffy white head. Aromas of cereal malt, bready dough, and delicate herbal hops. You can expect to taste malt flavours with a hint of sweetness and delicately balanced bitterness. Soft and clean mouthfeel with medium carbonation.
Festbier - Festival Lager 5.8%:
This pale golden festival lager is typical of modern Oktoberfest beers, with a fluffy white head and crystal-clear brightness. Aromas of cereal malts, lemon sherbet, and peppery spice, with bready-dough flavours and a soft, balanced hop bitterness. Smooth body with lively carbonation, subtle alcohol warmth, and a dry finish.
