This Berliner Weisse was inspired by our cult classic 'Tzatziki Sour'. A mildly tart sour beer with a hint of fresh basil and yoghurt. A clean, bright, and moreish summer refresher. Pale, warm, and golden in colour, with aromas of basil & lime citrus and a light malt character. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with a mildly tart lactic sourness. Light & dry finish with mellow bitterness & soft to medium carbonation.
