At Orbit we recognise how important it is to work with and listen to our customers, and pride ourselves on doing so. Pricing

Our subscription boxes are priced at £25/month for the first month, then £50/month thereafter for 24 fresh Orbit Beers delivered straight to your door. This price includes postage and VAT. Any additional beers purchased on a one-off, non-subscription basis will be charged at a seperate rate, as stated on our website. 


Beer Selection

We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our core beers at Orbit. For this reason your box will always contain Nico Köln Lager and Ivo Pale Ale, ensuring your fridge is always stocked with the beers you want to quickly grab hold of and drink! The remainder of the box will be made up of the freshest and most interesting White Label Series beers available as well as bottles of our other more regular offerings - Peel and Dead Wax. The exact mix and make-up of the box will be determined by availability, if you have any special requests, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Billing

Our monthly subscription boxes are billed on the anniversary of your initial sign up date each month. For example if you sign up on the 15th January, you will be billed on the 15th of each of the following months, for at least three months. After the first three months you will be billed on your anniversary date for the length of your subscription, or until you cancel the service. In the event that your anniversary date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, you will be billed on the next working day after the weekend or public holiday.


Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a monthly beer subscription. Your age will be verified at the point of check out. If your age cannot be verified automatically, we may contact you to confirm your age. If we cannot confirm you are 18 years or older you will not be allowed to continue with your purchase.


Delivery

We use third party couriers to get your beer to you as quickly as possible. Your beer should arrive with you within 1-5 working days of your latest payment date.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.orbitbeers.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, paypal, google pay, apple pay details, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”



When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Deliver your goods;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Refunds & Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as beer cannot be returned. However refunds can be made if the beer is proven to be not as described.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable).

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@orbitbeers.com with the subject heading **Missing or late refund**.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@orbitbeers.com and we will ascertain whether it is necessary for you to send your item to: Arches 225 - 228 Fielding Street, London, SE17 3HD, United Kingdom.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Arches 225 - 228 Fielding Street, London, SE17 3HD, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Cancellation

Orbit Beer’s subscription box service runs for a minimum or 3 boxes/payment dates and includes 12 boxes of 24 beers/year. After your first 3 boxes, subscriptions will work on a rolling, monthly basis. You will be charged on the anniversary of your initial billing date each month until you cancel the service. After you receive your first 3 boxes you are able to cancel at any time. However you must give at least 5 working days notice for cancellation (prior to your next billing date) to avoid being charged on your next billing date. Orbit Beers reserves the right to bring a subscription to an end by serving notice at any time, you will not be charged for any beers not received.
